Our Culture
In 2016, we created our MVVC (Mission, Vision, Values, Culture) to unite our members under a commonlanguage, and to express the values we wished to emphasize in the way we approach our work.
Imposing specific ideas of how we “should be” often leaves a gap between what people are asked to do andhow they feel. We want each member of Money Forward to interpret our Values and Culture for themselves, adapting their own approach to embodying our MVVC on their own terms.
In this way, our Culture takes shape through gathering everyone’s ideas about “how we want to be”.
As all members feel personally involved in creating our Culture, the MVVC have received much love over thepast seven years.
Even if our Culture needs to be updated over time, one thing we will never change is the idea of “let’s makeit together”, where each of our members has a hand in co-creating who we are as a company.
